Mission statement: To provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment to children in out-of-home care. It is also our mission to help children and adolescents devellop skills and abilities needed to allow for a less restrictive environment, and be able to maintain a permanent living situation, such as adoption, guardianship, or placement with their family of origin.
